Proofs
These are A3 but on thinner paper folded to A5. Finished are sometimes on various weights and types rolled into a tube. (see sizes opposite)

Change of colour scheme
Please include if possible sample swatch and photos for 2 toned cars.

Addition of:
Door or Wing Mirrors • Aerials • Spotlights • Mudflaps • Rear Foglights (all of these would require photos - or if not possible detailed description of type and position)

Wheel type
For example change to wire wheels(where this was an optional extra) Minilites, Rostyle and any aftermarket alloy that have already been drawn see sample.

Change to left or right hand drive
Most of the drawings depicted are RHD. Just tick the correct box on order form.

Dashboards....
About 20% of the drawings on this website have a red, stenciled note saying: NOTE: DASHBOARD PHOTO REQ. PLEASE. Don't worry if this is not possible I can simply move the elements around on the drawing so there's no large blank areas. You can, if you like, send an alternative picture to fill the space. For instance an old black & white picture with the owner and the car (sample). If you do include a photograph with your order there is no extra charge for scanning it but please allow a day or two on the delivery time especially during the period running up to Christmas.

Variants (eg. 'Standard', 'Super', 'Deluxe' models)
Samples shown may be of higher spec or trim version. It depends on what the particular car that the original drawing was based on was. If your car differs in this respect then it usually requires only a few minor changes, therefore would not be subject to an extra charge. You will need to enclose instructions or if necessary photographic reference with your order and allow a few extra days for completion.

Important note: Many picture framers use adhesive tissue for bonding prints to mounting board. Please instruct them not to use this method as the heat required melts the toner (ink) of laser prints and can ruin them.

Picture Framing Service
In an attempt to provide a fast efficient portrait service and to get nearer my ultimate objective to produce 1,000 different car profiles (nearly 400 so far) the framing side is more of recommendation where I take no commission allowing you to lias directly with a local picture framer. This has three main benefits. The frame will be of your choice from a wide range, will be of the highest professional standard and you will not have to worry about your print getting damaged in transit to or by your local framer.

Therefore I would like to recommend the excellent craftsmen of the Uckfield Framing Company (particularly if you live in that area of East Sussex). I can forward the final print to them. Please contact them and make separate arrangements for collection/delivery and payment etc. (01825 768587)
